Clear Garage Floor Sealer

Not every garage needs color. A clear sealer protects plain concrete from oil, salt, water and dusting while letting the natural gray show through. It is a lighter-touch option than a full coating, with a more natural look.

We seal garage slabs across Nashville and Middle Tennessee after cleaning and, where needed, light grinding. The right sealer depends on the concrete: some soak in and strengthen the surface, while others form a clear film with a satin or gloss finish.

FAQ

Common questions about clear floor sealers

Will a clear sealer stop oil stains?

It helps. Sealed concrete resists staining better than bare concrete, though it is not as protective as a full epoxy or polyaspartic system.

Does sealer make the floor slippery?

Some gloss sealers can be slick when wet. We can add a fine grip additive for safer footing.

How long does sealer last?

That depends on traffic and product. High-wear areas wear first, and sealing again is easy compared with recoating.
