Epoxy Garage Floor Coating

Bare concrete soaks up oil, salt and tire marks, and it throws off dust every time a car pulls in. An epoxy system closes the pores of the slab with a hard, thick film that bonds to the concrete, so spills sit on top where you can wipe them away.

We coat garages in Nashville and across Middle Tennessee with a full system rather than a single painted-on layer: the slab is diamond ground, cracks are filled, a pigmented epoxy base goes down, and a clear topcoat finishes the surface so it looks deep, even and bright.

What you get

Done right, from the first walk-through

01

Diamond grinding

The slab is ground open so the coating can grip, not just sit on top.

02

Crack and joint repair

Hairline cracks and pits are filled and leveled before any color goes down.

03

Pigmented epoxy base

A rolled or squeegeed epoxy layer in the color you choose, applied evenly across the floor.

04

Protective topcoat

A clear finish coat adds gloss, scuff resistance and easier cleaning.

FAQ

Common questions about epoxy garage floors

How is epoxy different from garage floor paint?

Paint is a thin film that tends to peel under hot tires. A true epoxy system is thicker, bonds to a ground slab and is built in layers.

Will epoxy hide the stains?

Pigmented epoxy covers oil stains and discoloration after the slab has been cleaned and ground. Deep stains are treated first so they do not show through.

Is epoxy slippery when wet?

A gloss floor can be slick when wet, so we can add a fine anti-slip texture to the topcoat for entries and wet areas.
