Uneven slabs are hard to coat and hard to live with. Low spots collect puddles in a coated floor, and slopes make equipment and cabinets sit crooked. Self-leveling underlayment is a pourable cement that flows out, finds level and sets to a flat, smooth surface.
We install self-leveling underlayment in garages, shops and interior spaces across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. The slab is primed, the underlayment is mixed and poured, and it is spread with gauge rakes and spiked rollers. A coating or flooring can follow once it cures.
