Control joints are cut into slabs so cracking happens where planned. Left open, their edges chip as wheels cross them, and dirt and water collect inside. In garages and warehouses, open joints also make coatings crack right along the line.
We fill joints in garages, warehouses and shops across Nashville and Middle Tennessee, using semi-rigid fillers that support the edges and flexible sealants where movement is expected. Joints are cleaned, backed if needed and filled flush.
