Cracks let in water, trap dirt and show through coatings if they are ignored. But not every crack is the same: some are shrinkage cracks that stay still, others move with temperature and settlement. The right repair depends on which kind you have.
We repair cracks in garage floors, patios, walkways and commercial slabs across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Rigid epoxy is used for stable cracks that need strength, while flexible polyurea or sealants are used where movement is expected. Each repair is leveled flush so it does not show through the coating.
What you get
We check width, depth and movement.
Cracks are routed or ground open and vacuumed.
Epoxy or flexible filler is placed and leveled.
If a crack signals bigger movement, we say so.
The process
Mark, measure and choose a material.
Clean the crack and place the filler.
Grind flush after the filler sets.
FAQ
Stable cracks usually stay filled. Moving cracks can reopen, which is why flexible filler is used for them.
Most can be sealed. Cracks from major settlement or heaving may need structural attention, and we tell you honestly.
We grind repairs flush, so they are not visible under most systems.
