Decorative Flake Garage Floor

A flake floor is a layered system: a pigmented base coat is rolled out, colored vinyl flakes are scattered over it, and clear coats lock everything in. The result is a speckled surface with natural texture that hides dust, footprints and small marks better than any solid color.

What flake colors are available?

There are many blends, from neutral grays to warm browns, blues and bright whites. We show samples in person or help you pick from a photo.

Will flake hide imperfections?

Flake hides marks well, but the slab still needs proper grinding and repair so the floor is flat and the coating bonds.

How much flake should I choose?

Full broadcast gives a rich, uniform look and the strongest hiding. A light scatter looks cleaner and lets the base color show.
