Concrete Sealing

Bare concrete is porous. Water, oil, de-icing salts and dirt work into the surface, and freeze-thaw cycles do the rest. A good sealer reduces that absorption, helps resist staining and makes the surface easier to clean.

We seal garage floors, patios, driveways, walkways and interior slabs across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. We match the sealer to the job: penetrating sealers for natural looks and exterior slabs, and film-forming sealers when you want color enhancement or a satin to gloss finish.

FAQ

Common questions about concrete sealing

How often should concrete be resealed?

It depends on traffic and exposure. Driveways and patios usually need attention sooner than indoor floors, and we help you set a schedule.

Will sealer change the color?

Some sealers deepen the color, giving a wet look. Others leave the natural tone. We test a spot first if you are unsure.

Can sealer make concrete slippery?

Gloss sealers can be slick when wet. We can add grip additives for outdoor walking surfaces.
