Privacy Policy

Who we are

615 Coating provides garage and concrete coating, decorative concrete and floor repair for homes and businesses in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a visit or send a Floor Studio plan, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you are interested in, any message and, for the studio, the choices you made. Like most websites, our servers also record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your request, schedule a visit and follow up. We use basic technical information to keep the website secure and working properly.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We are not a lead generation company, and we do not sell leads. We share information only with the people and services needed to run the business, such as our email provider, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Cookies and storage

This website uses only the essential technology needed to display pages and protect forms from spam. We do not use advertising trackers on these pages.

Floor Studio

The studio is a planning tool. The finishes, colors, layers, checklists and project steps it shows are illustrative and are not a quote, a specification or a promise of what is right for your slab. Our team confirms the system, color and scope after testing and looking at the floor.

Images and guides

Photographs and graphics on this website are illustrative, and some before-and-after images are created to show what coating work can look like. Spaces and projects shown are examples and may not depict an actual project or customer. Colors on screens differ from real coatings, so we show physical samples. The guides are general information, so follow manufacturers' instructions, check local codes and consult qualified professionals when you are unsure.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time. Call us at 615-431-3789 and we will help.

Terms

Our Terms of Service are on the 615 Service Group website. Use the Terms of Service link at the bottom of any page.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
