Stamped Concrete Overlay

A stamped overlay lets you change the look of an existing patio, walkway or pool deck without demolition. A thin cementitious layer is placed over the cleaned slab, textured with patterned stamps and colored with integral pigment, release agents or stains.

We install stamped overlays for homes in Nashville and across Middle Tennessee, using patterns like ashlar slate, random stone, cobblestone and brick. The surface is sealed for color, stain resistance and, where needed, a slip-resistant finish.

Is stamped overlay as durable as full-depth stamped concrete?

It is a surface system, so it relies on a sound slab beneath. With good prep and sealing it performs well for patios and walks.

Is it slippery?

Textured patterns help, and we can add anti-slip additives to the sealer where wet areas call for it.

Can I choose any pattern?

Most common patterns are available. We show samples and help you pick one that suits your home.
